Job Description:

Are you experienced in marketing and looking for a part-time role in a supportive environment?

This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing marketing agency, work with a fascinating mix of businesses and shape your role.

Full Mix Marketing

We’re an established and successful full service B2B marketing agency, providing all the strategic, digital and creative marketing our clients need.

We work with businesses involved in interesting areas including aerospace, horticulture, medical science, renewable energy, international logistics and new technology.

We’ve a reputation for really understanding marketing and helping our clients benefit from the tactics and creativity that make a difference. As a result, we work long term with our clients.

Our fabulous team is friendly, relaxed, passionate, professional – and includes a mix of both part-time (working parents) and full-time marketing specialists.

We’ve also recently launched a GEO agency called AI Find.

The role

Due to new clients and projects, we require an experienced marketing executive to join our growing team.

Working alongside all our colleagues, you’ll help deliver ongoing marketing for our clients. This is a flexible role which you can help shape - including focusing on using your existing skills or developing new ones.

Our growing customer base needs regular support and communication – so account management is also an area you could explore.

What will your day look like? Your agreed hours can be structured around commitments (school etc). You’ll manage your own workload; helping create elements of marketing, coordinating with colleagues, contributing to client meetings and plans, developing your skills and having some fun along the way.

This is a part-time office-based role in Norwich. We operate 9-5 office hours.

Key duties

Delivering or contributing to marketing, including:

  • Strategy and planning
  • Branding and messaging
  • Digital marketing (incl. website development, SEO, GEO, PPC and analytics)
  • Direct marketing (e.g. email)
  • Campaigns, advertising and marketing materials
  • Social media marketing
  • Content marketing and PR

Depending on experience, you may also help critique the marketing we produce and coordinate efforts.

There is also an opportunity to play a role in communication with our clients and account management.

What we offer

  • Minimum 20 hours per week (based on 35 hours FTE) with flexibility to structure around family etc
  • Friendly and supportive working environment (including other part-timers)
  • Opportunity to shape your role and develop skills
  • Norwich location with FREE parking
  • 28 days holiday PLUS bonus days at Christmas
  • Birthday and work anniversary treats
  • Christmas socials, charity days and team building

  • Rewards for doing a great job!
