Based in Bristol, our Customer Service Advisors (known locally as a Property Manager), play a pivotal role in ensuring that our landlord and tenant customers receive the high-quality experience they deserve, throughout their time with us. So, we`re on the lookout for people with great communication and relationship skills and a passion for delivering a quality customer service!

As a Property Manager you will be fully managing a portfolio of properties across our Taylors/Chappell & Matthews/Woods/RA Bennett/John Francis brands, building relationships with your internal colleagues and a portfolio of customers and acting as a key contact for our tenants and landlords who require support throughout the duration of their tenancy.
