Due to continued growth, we are looking for a reliable and customer-focused Delivery Driver to join our team in Banbury.

The Role

As a Delivery Driver, you'll play a key role in our refrigerated multi-drop delivery operation, ensuring our customers receive their orders safely, efficiently, and on time. This is a hands-on role that combines driving responsibilities with manual handling and customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out multi-drop refrigerated deliveries to commercial and high street customers.
• Safely operate company vans on local and regional delivery routes.
• Load and unload goods, ensuring products are handled with care.
• Complete delivery paperwork and documentation accurately.
• Conduct daily vehicle checks and promptly report any defects or issues.
• Maintain a clean and tidy vehicle, including basic maintenance checks such as fluids, oil, and AdBlue levels.
• Follow all company procedures relating to health and safety and food hygiene.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and represent DB Foods professionally at all times.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• A full UK Category B driving licence.
• Previous multi-drop delivery experience (preferred but not essential).
• Good physical fitness and the ability to carry out manual handling duties.
• Strong communication and time-management skills.
• A flexible approach to working hours and delivery schedules.
• A reliable, punctual, and self-motivated attitude with the ability to work independently.
