Receptionist Administrator (HQ Job Share)

Part time hours: 13:30 – 18:30 Monday - Friday

What you'll be doing:


This role is pivotal in delivering a professional and welcoming front-of-house experience, while also providing essential day-to-day administrative and operational support to ensure the workplace runs seamlessly. Acting as an ambassador for People’s Partnership, the successful candidate will represent the organisation with professionalism, warmth, and inclusivity, creating a positive and memorable experience for every visitor and colleague. Working within a job-share arrangement, the Receptionist / Office Administrator serves as a central point of contact for visitors, contractors, and internal teams, while supporting on-site colleagues with a proactive, hands-on approach. Combining a strong customer service ethos with efficient office administration and facilities support, this role plays a key part in maintaining a smooth, well-organised, and welcoming working environment.


  • Act as the first point of contact for all visitors, contractors and colleagues, providing a warm,
  • professional welcome.
  • Manage visitor and contractor sign-in processes, including issuing and logging passes and keys.
  • Ensure the reception area and shared front-of-house spaces are tidy, well-presented and compliant with health and safety standards
  • Ownership for the coordination of workplace gym access, including scheduling induction and personal training sessions, ensuring H&S forms are completed, liaising with third-party personal trainer and maintaining accurate records.
  • Provide flexible ad-hoc administrative support across Workplace and Facilities and supporting day[1]to-day operational needs.
  • Support on-site employees with day-to-day office queries and general workplace requests.
  • Coordinate and manage daily visitor and accessible car parking, ensuring efficient use of space and availability.


What we’re looking for:


  • Experience in a reception, front-of-house, office support or workplace role within a professional environment.
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to act as a professional and welcoming ambassador for People’s Partnership.
  • Proven ability to manage day-to-day operational tasks, including supporting meeting rooms, shared spaces and general office needs.
  • Comfortable handling security-sensitive processes such as access passes, keys and visitor management, with strong attention to detail and risk awareness.
