What is required from you:

  • Full time availability - 40 hours per week.
  • A minimum of 12 months on your right to work in the UK
  • Must have a valid UK driving license & access to your own vehicle
  • Expectation to provide hands on care when required
  • Expectation to cover the on call phone on a rota basis
  • Previous experience in an administrative function, ideally in the Health & Social Care industry.
  • Excellent listening, verbal and written communication skills, with a high IT competency.

A day in the life of a Home Care Administrator

You will 

support

the Registered Manager in all aspects of staff and client paperwork. This can include:
  • Care plan assessments and reviews
  • Client funding information
  • Staff HR files
  • Recruitment paperwork
  • Training records

You will receive incoming calls, emails and post and disseminate these to the relevant team member, and prepare any outgoing mail where required. You will 

support with auditing, fault reporting and the implementation of other company policies and procedures as and when required

.

As a member of a domiciliary care 

support team, you will need to cover care calls in an emergency and be part of the on-call rota which would include some evenings and weekends

.
