We’re looking for an organised and detail-focused General Administrator to support the smooth running of our professional qualification programmes, including CIPD and CMI.

This is a great opportunity to play a key role behind the scenes - keeping things running efficiently, ensuring records are accurate, and supporting a positive experience for our learners.

What you’ll do
  • Support the day-to-day administration of qualification programmes
  • Manage enrolments, submissions and learner records
  • Respond to learner and stakeholder queries in a friendly, professional way
  • Help track assessments and support quality assurance processes
  • Maintain accurate data across systems like Moodle, Salesforce and SharePoint
  • Produce reports and keep documentation organised and compliant
What we’re looking for
  • Previous admin experience and strong organisational skills
  • Great attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Confident using Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Outlook)
  • Clear, professional communication skills

Nice to have: Experience with CIPD/CMI, Moodle, or CRM systems like Salesforce

Why join us?
  • Hybrid working
  • Opportunity to build experience in professional qualifications
  • Supportive team with a focus on continuous improvement

If you’re someone who enjoys keeping things organised, working with data, and supporting a great learner experience, we’d love to hear from you.
