We work with leading global manufacturers to supply high-precision equipment and solutions to universities, research institutions, and high-tech industry clients across the UK, Europe, and beyond.
The Role
We are seeking a part-time Bookkeeper to work 16 hours per week (equivalent to £16,640 per annum), taking ownership of our day-to-day financial transactions and supporting the smooth running of our finance function.
The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, reconciling accounts, and supporting the wider team to ensure strong financial control and visibility across the business.
This is a primarily office-based role due to the collaborative and operational nature of the position. While we offer flexibility around working hours, regular on-site presence is essential to support the wider team and business operations.
We are ideally looking for someone who can work mornings, enabling effective communication with the Director and wider team.
This role would suit someone who is confident operating independently from day one, takes ownership of their work, and is able to deliver accurate, timely results with minimal supervision.
