Customer Service Advisor

Location: Stockton On Tees

Salary: £29,000 per annum

Hours: Monday – Friday 09:00am – 5:00pm

Type: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer enquiries via phone and email,
• Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies
• Process orders, forms, applications, and requests
• Maintain customer records and update databases
• Escalate complex issues to relevant departments when necessary
• Follow company procedures and maintain compliance standards
• Deliver a positive customer experience at all times

Skills and Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities
• Good organisational and time management skills
• Ability to remain calm under pressure
• Basic IT skills (e.g., Microsoft Office, CRM systems)
• Previous customer service experience (preferred but not always required)
