Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the touchpoint journey and user centric concepts
  • Establish good working relationships with the customers in order to be recognised as the natural go to person and a trusted partner to deliver on our value proposition
  • Engage with all key stakeholders so as to ensure a collaborative and efficient approach and a swift response to all service requests
  • Effectively deal with all business user/client requests and enquiries exceeding expectations in all areas of the operations
  • As a brand ambassador for ISS and the client, you will be responsible in ensuring that all client site procedures and standards are met
  • To focus on curated experience and drive the agenda for our end users and customer
  • To show responsibility for personal health and safety, and that of others in the conduct of the job in line with ISS Support Services and Legal requirement.
  • To work as part of the Front of House team within all the Front of House areas: Reception, Service Desk, Meeting Room
  • Management, Switchboard , Event Management providing seamless and effective delivery of all services lines to include ad hoc client
  • To ensure all client and visitor requests are fulfilled and exceed expectations.
  • To ensure all client site procedures are met providing a five star meet and greet service at all times
  • Meeting Room and Event Management, making necessary changes and arrangements as required
  • To work closely with all other service providers and the facilities team
  • Answer all Switchboard calls to meet SLA requirements at all times, requesting information from callers to determine how to connect calls to the relevant departments where appropriate
  • To carry out other duties and responsibilities Liaise and support Team Leader regarding SOP Manual update, Reports and any ad hoc duties that may be assigned by your Line Manager including SOP Manuals and Reports
