Administrator

Location: Washington

Salary: £14.17 per hour

Type: Temporary ongoing

Hours: 38 hours per week – Mon – Thurs: 08:15am – 5:00pm – Fri 08:00am – 1:00pm

Imperial Recruitment Group are working with a key client who are looking to recruit a Administrator on a temporary ongoing basis


Main purpose:

To provide comprehensive administrative and data management support to the Procurement and Supply Chain teams.

This role has a significant focus on high-volume data entry and data accuracy, ensuring precise data input, robust document control, and efficient administration activities


Duties:

  • Accurately input, verify, and maintain data across internal systems.
  • Support the creation, maintenance, and updating of supplier information.
  • Assist the Manager with administrative tasks
  • Maintain structured and accurate document control for contracts for files and documents
  • Perform data cleansing, data validation, and bulk data uploads as part of system updates
  • Maintain part numbers and pricing updates within the ERP/MRP system.
  • Produce basic data extracts, spreadsheets, and summaries to support reporting needs.
  • Liaise with internal teams and external suppliers to obtain missing or corrected information for supplier setups, changes, or approvals.
  • Undertake any other reasonable tasks assigned by the line manager


Requirements:

  • Previous experience in an administrative
  • Strong data accuracy, numeracy skills, and excellent attention to detail—particularly in repetitive, high-volume data entry tasks.
  • Experience using ERP/MRP systems
  • Competent in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Highly organised and efficient, with the ability to maintain accuracy in repetitive tasks.
  • Clear and professional communication skills.
  • Able to manage deadlines and balance multiple priorities.
  • Team-oriented, proactive, and dependable.
  • Able to handle confidential and sensitive information appropriately.
