A boutique executive search firm, specialising in real estate and investment management, is seeking an experienced and flexible Office Manager to join their vibrant team.
The role is varied and combines office management, administrative coordination, light research support and basic bookkeeping responsibilities.
The suitable candidate will be highly organised and thrive in a professional and fast paced environment and will enjoy being the operational backbone of a professional firm.
Key duties will include office and team support, research and document support , bookkeeping and accounts administration, record keeping and compliance.
This is a 3 day a week part time position, ideally spanning out over 3/4 days - coming into the office at least 2 times a week but ideally 3. This would suit someone not wanting to work full days.
