Hours – Monday & Tuesday, 8:00am – 13:00pm. 10 hours per week.
We’re currently looking to recruit a Receptionist to provide a first-class front of house service to people from all levels of the business, including all site visitors, ensuring a courteous professional experience to all.
Being the first point of contact; you will answer the telephones, redirecting calls efficiently, and greet all site visitors ensuring they are signed in/out and briefed with site rules. You will be expected to complete routine administrative tasks as requested, organise meeting room bookings and receive site deliveries, as necessary.
We’re looking for someone who is willing to pitch in with a variety of tasks linked to your job to support your manager, your team and our client.
