Based at our offices in Haslingden, Lancashire, we are seeking to appoint a proactive and customer-focused Customer Services Assistant to act as the primary point of contact for our customers across all aspects of service and customer care.

Role Overview:

Working in a small team you will act as the primary representative regarding communication to the Customer for all aspects of service and Customer Care.

Responsibilities:

  • Preparing of quotations.
  • Processing orders.
  • Handling Customers queries.
  • Raising Credit notes.
  • Develop and maintain appropriate product knowledge.
  • Complete understanding of pricing.
  • Act as the main point of contact for customer accounts and enquiries.
  • Basic Product Knowledge.

Requirements:

  • Be proficient with a range of Microsoft applications.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Good numeracy skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Highly motivated with the ability to work with little supervision
  • Ability to deal with all internal and external customers.
  • Attention to detail is essential.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 would be an advantage
