Customer Service Executive
Location: Bentley Bridge, Willenhall, WV11 1XR
Hours: 40 hours per week - Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:30pm
Salary: £27,000.00 base + bonus scheme (opportunity to earn up to £32,000.00)
Contract: Permanent (3-month probation period)
Holiday: 20 days per annum plus UK public holidays
We are currently seeking a confident, motivated, and customer-focused Customer Service Executive to join our newly established Sales & Support Team, dedicated to centralising sales operations across our nationwide depot network. This is an excellent opportunity for an energetic individual who is passionate about delivering outstanding customer service while supporting sales activity and building strong client relationships.
In this role, you will be responsible for handling new business enquiries, liaising with customers regarding potential hires, and developing client relationships over the phone. You will also provide sales support including generating new business opportunities, and following up warm and cold leads. You will need to manage customer data accurately, and work closely with colleagues across multiple business units. Strong communication, organisation, and resilience are essential, as you will be working in a high-volume, target-driven environment.
