Key responsibilities of a Customer Service Specialist:
  • Act as a point of contact, managing the effective resolution of queries from clients and colleagues.
  • Dealing promptly and courteously to communication from landlords, tenants, contractors, and internal partners.
  • Providing a first-class service to maximise customer retention.
  • Ensuring personal and team deadlines are met, service levels maintained and KPI’s achieved.


Skills and Experience required to be successful as a Customer Service Specialist:
  • Outstanding Customer Service skills
  • Detail oriented, organised, and solid administration skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • IT literate (MS Office, internet, email systems)
