Job Description:

Imperial Recruitment are seeking a highly organised and proactive Administrator to support a busy registrations team. The successful candidate will play a key role in preparing and progressing Land Registry applications, liaising with third parties, and keeping clients and lenders fully updated while managing a caseload of property registration

You will play a key role in registering property with the land registry performing all administration duties associated in an efficient and timely manner.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Preparing Documents to be Submitted for Registration at Land Registry
  • Chasing Outstanding Documents with Third Parties
  • Updating client and Lenders directly or via the Lender Portals
  • Running a caseload of registrations
  • Any other administration duties

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Experience in an administrative or legal support role
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • A high level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • A professional and client-focused approach

Key Information-

  • Office hours 9-5 Monday to Thursday, 4 o’clock finish Friday
  • Based on site

Conveyancing experience is an advantage, but not essential, as full training can be provided for the right candidate.
