Job Description: As an Education Administrator you will be responsible for helping Recruitment Consultants with administrative tasks to facilitate the placing of high-quality teachers and support staff into schools and education settings across the region. You will also be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with schools, candidates, consultants, as well as managing the end-to-end recruitment process.
Role and Responsibilities
- Completing all administrative tasks to ensure suitable candidates are cleared for employment in line with industry standards
- Preparing and posting adverts for all jobs sourced by Consultants
- Scanning our systems to contact and reactivate candidates
- Creating and processing timesheets for active temps
- Understanding and managing candidates' aspirations, to ensure they find the right role
- Developing strong relationships with candidates through effective networking
- Writing accurate and engaging candidate profiles
- CV writing support
- Providing general administrative support to the recruitment function, such as answering enquiries, supporting the sales process, and making sure that customers always receive a professional and comprehensive recruitment service
The ideal candidate will have/be;
- Confident on the telephone with a good telephone manner
- Good communication and inter personal skills
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills
- Dedicated to excellent customer service
- Driven and motivated to succeed

- Able to work Monday to Friday between the hours of 8.30am - 5.00pm
