Job Description: What will you do? Make an impact!
The successful applicant will work in close partnership with the site management and operational personnel carrying out all administrative tasks and SAP-based processes to enable efficient operations across the location. They will also liaise closely with the Central Customer Services function to ensure seamless interaction with other sites and central operations.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Liaise with operations, compliance, transport, sales and customer services to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Carry out general administrative duties.
- Liaise with existing clients and 3rd parties to fulfil customer requirements.
- To carry out the administration of site SAP requirements.
- To assist with the maintenance and control of the site management systems, to include document control, preparation of data and attending reviews where necessary.
- To log NCRs, and to assist in their resolution, completing & filing NCR documents, liaising with relevant personnel.
- To assist in the preparation of Safety, Health and Environmental data for quarterly/annual reviews.

- Good Communications Skills.

- Experience with Microsoft Office
- Good organisational and telephone skills
