Job Description: Warehouse Assistant

Salary: £25,500 plus a £2,000 bonus

The Role
Working in our rural location, you will be a vital part of our operational engine. You’ll handle everything from the precision of stock management to the logistics of courier liaison.
Your daily impact will include:
- Inventory Control: Checking in, booking, and replenishing stock with high accuracy.
- Order Fulfillment: Picking, packing, and booking out shipments to ensure our customers get what they need, when they need it.
- Logistics Coordination: Liaising with couriers to track, ship, and collect orders promptly.
- Operational Support: Assisting other departments with queries and maintaining a safe, organised workspace.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is essential.
- Skills: A forklift license is a huge plus (but if you don’t have one, the willingness to learn and get certified is key).
- Attributes: You are physically fit (heavy lifting is part of the job), have great communication skills, and possess a "can-do" attitude.
- Flexibility: You’re happy to work longer hours when the demand peaks and can travel if required.
- Essentials: A clean driving license and your own transport are necessary due to our beautiful rural location.
