Job Description:

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a professional and highly organized Receptionist to join our dynamic team in central London. This is a front-facing role in a fast-paced office environment where you will be the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and business partners.

SALARY

  • £2,000 - £2,500 per month depending on experience
  • £24,000 - £30,000 per annum

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
  • Manage incoming calls and direct enquiries to appropriate departments
  • Maintain reception area to the highest professional standards
  • Coordinate meeting room bookings and visitor arrangements
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and courier services
  • Provide administrative support to the team as required
  • Manage office supplies and liaise with building management
  • Maintain visitor logs and security procedures

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • Previous reception or front-of-house experience preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

WORKING HOURS
