Warehouse Picker/Packer - Full-Time, Permanent

Location: Belfast
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm
Pay: National Minimum Wage

Brook Street Recruitment is currently partnering with a busy and growing company in Belfast to recruit a full-time Warehouse Picker/Packer to join their finishing and dispatch team. This is a permanent opportunity with great benefits and a supportive team environment.

About the Role:

You'll be part of a hands-on team responsible for packing and dispatching high-quality digital print products. This role suits someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced warehouse environment and takes pride in getting things right.

Duties

• 
  Accurately pack and dispatch items to meet quality standards and client deadlines
• 
  Use in-house computer systems to manage dispatch records and documentation
• 
  Maintain cleanliness and order in your work area
• 
  Work closely with team members to ensure smooth and efficient operations
• 
  Follow company procedures and health & safety guidelines
• 
  Support other areas of the warehouse/finishing team as needed

Criteria

• 
  At least a GCSE Grade C (or equivalent) in Maths and English
• 
  Previous warehouse or packing experience (1 year preferred)
• 
  Strong attention to detail and good communication skills
• 
  A reliable team player who's flexible and ready to help when needed
• 
  Organised and able to manage time effectively
• 
  A full driving licence is desirable but not essential
