Job Description:

Customer Service Advisor

Contract: Full-time

Working Days: 5 in 7 days, Monday to Sunday, 09:30am - 18:00pm

Hours: 40

Location: Barnwood, Gloucester, UK

Main Purpose of Role

Deal with any incoming customer enquiries, ensuring that all customers are receiving the best service.

Responsibilities

  • Deal with any incoming customer enquiries through our omnichannel CRM platform and ERP system, delivering excelling customer service.
  • Deal with any customers in our Gloucestershire showroom, delivering excellent customer service.
  • Liaise with other departments within the company to help resolve customer enquiries.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Experience of CRM and ERP systems
  • Minimum of 1 year customer service experience
