What You’ll Do

  • Handle a diverse residential property caseload, including freehold, leasehold and ideally new build transactions
  • Conduct thorough title checks and manage leasehold matters with precision.
  • Deliver an exceptional, client-focused service from instruction through to completion

About You:

  • A qualified and experienced Conveyancer, Licensed Conveyancer, or Residential Property Solicitor
  • Confident in managing leasehold transactions and skilled in title checking
  • Able to manage a varied caseload independently while maintaining a high standard of client care
  • Comfortable using technology and open to working in a digitally enabled environment
