Job Description:

Sales Administrator

We are currently looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join the team . As an award-winning and rapidly growing Business, my client is rapidly expanding, and we are looking for talented individuals to take the business to the next level. In exchange you will be welcomed into a friendly and supportive team and have the opportunity to work directly with an Luxury brand.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring all invoicing and paperwork is to brand standards with all supporting documents ready for customer handover
  • Logging enquiries to order fulfilment and aftercare.
  • Taking ownership of the entire sales administration cycle.
  • Manage the full sales administration process, including quotes, proformas, invoicing, and order tracking
  • Process bespoke product orders, ensuring accurate specifications, timelines
  • Act as a key liaison between clients, production, logistics, and finance teams
  • Deliver exceptional client support, luxury level communication, information delivery and solutions
  • Oversee CRM and order systems (Monday CRM), ensuring data accuracy
  • Liaise with production on lead times, monitor shipping schedules
  • Produce regular sales and pipeline reports
  • Support trade shows, client presentations, and sales meetings as needed
  • Recommend process improvements and support operational efficiency across the sales function

Requirements:

  • Proven ability to manage multiple client accounts and custom orders with accuracy
  • Strong understanding of production lead times, client communication, and supply chain coordination
  • Proficiency in CRM and invoicing software
  • Outstanding Excel skills, Adobe suite an advantage
  • Exceptional communication skills—professional, clear, and confident
  • Meticulous attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines
  • Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work both independently and collaboratively
