Role: Administrator (Full-Time)

Location: Northallerton (3 days) & Darlington (2 days)

About the Role:

We are seeking a full-time Administrator to support our Northallerton and Darlington offices (3 days in Northallerton, 2 days in Darlington).

As the first point of contact for client, you will play an important part in delivering a professional, friendly service while providing high-quality administrative and secretarial support to the team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately produce and format documents, correspondence, and reports through fast and efficient typing
  • Co-ordinate and manage the maintenance of records, ensuring compliance with regulatory deadlines
  • Provide timely and professional responses to client queries
  • Liaise with external parties, such as HMRC, to identify and resolve queries
  • Manage diaries, arrange appointments, attend meetings, and take minutes when required
  • Support directors and colleagues with secretarial and administrative tasks to ensure the smooth running of the practic
  • Work collaboratively to improve processes and enhance efficiency

Key Requirements:

  • Excellent typing speed and accuracy
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills and general IT literacy
  • A confident and professional communicator (both written and verbal)
  • Highly organised, with the ability to multitask and prioritise in a busy environment
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality
  • Previous experience in a similar role is desirable
