We're growing and are on the lookout for a Customer Service Advisor who can help us continue to deliver the gold standard in cleanroom support and care.

As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be a key point of contact for our Cleanroom clients, ensuring their needs are met efficiently and professionally. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a highly specialised team in a unique and regulated industry.

Your Profile
  • Proven customer service experience – ideally in a technical or regulated industry.

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

  • Calm and professional manner, even under pressure.

  • Competent in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

  • Fluent in English (written and spoken).

  • Team player with a can-do attitude.

Your Tasks
  • Handle inbound customer queries via phone and email in a timely and professional manner.

  • Coordinate with internal departments (Production, Stores, Transport, Quality, and Account Management) to ensure a seamless service.

  • Manage Cleanroom consumables orders and track supplier delivery times.

  • Provide accurate customer quotes and support changes in delivery or collection schedules, including around Bank Holidays.

  • Make customer satisfaction calls and contribute to improving service delivery.

  • Maintain accurate customer data using internal systems (ABS).
