As our Warehouse Manager, you'll be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our busy warehouse, ensuring efficient and accurate storage, picking, packing, and dispatch of goods. You'll play a crucial role in optimising our processes, leading a dedicated team, and maintaining high standards of health and safety.

• Oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient receiving, storage, and dispatch of goods.
• Implement and maintain inventory control processes, conducting regular stock checks to ensure accuracy and optimise location. Ensuring safety procedures are adhered to at all times.
• Manage and motivate warehouse colleagues, including training, performance reviews, and scheduling.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless flow of goods and information.
• Monitor and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.

You will have proven experience in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating strong leadership and team management skills with a track record of developing staff. You'll need a solid understanding of health and safety regulations, possess exceptional organisational and problem-solving abilities.
