We have a new opportunity for a Receptionist to join our team within Vistry North West Midlands, at our Wolverhampton office.

As our Receptionist, you will be:

  • Assisting in the smooth and efficient running of the reception desk
  • Provide efficient and accurate administrative support to the Premises Manager, including the use of digital communication
  • Undertake general office duties, main reception desk and administrative duties as required, arranging meeting rooms and catering where required
  • Support Charity Champion with marketing and administrative duties
  • Undertake Fire Marshal and First Aid duties as required

    • To provide excellent reception and business administration services.
    • To establish and maintain good relationships with all, colleagues, suppliers, contractors and other professionals.
    • To undertake administrative tasks including routine word processing, photocopying, filing, use of digital communication tools and management information systems, and PowerPoint presentations.
    • To provide efficient and accurate administrative support to her/his line manager.
    • To routinely monitor Reception Voicemail inbox and other shared email accounts and direct enquiries appropriately.
    • To assist in maintaining and updating regional information on Intranet; maintaining good housekeeping and archiving of historical electronic data.
    • To circulate incoming mail and outgoing post.
    • To undertake main reception duties including the signing in/out of visitors.
    • To courteously welcome and receive visitors/callers to the school, for example, parents/carers, professionals from outside agencies, and shall deal with enquiries as required, maintaining security requirements and confidentiality???
    • To answer internal calls and, incoming and outgoing switchboard calls, dealing with requests and enquiries and taking messages as required.

    • To provide first aid support as required.
    • To undertake Fire Marshal duties
    • To support internal marketing function; draft monthly newsletter; PowerPoint presentations; prepare and distribute internal posters/award certificates utilising Canva; PowerPoint etc.
    • To support the Charity Champion with all administrative and marketing as required.
    • To be flexible within the broad remit of the role.
    • To attend Regional and National events as required.
    • To attend training sessions and meetings as required.
    • To ensure compliance within the Company Rules and Procedures.
    • To assist in such duties and activities relating to any of the above areas as reasonably required.
