Job Title: Receptionist
Contract Type: Perrnanent 
Salary: £27,008 per annum
Working Hours: 37.5 per week 
Working Pattern: Mon - Fri : Mornings 8am - 4pm & Lates 12.30pm - 8.00pm

The difference you will make as Receptionist
In this role you will assist in the provision of an efficient and courteous reception service, also you will ensure visitors are guided into the building, offered refreshments,  made comfortable and feel welcomed. the receptionist will meet and greet residents, guests, visitors and contractors to the property and supported to navigate the building in a friendly and manner, Ideally in this role will communicate effectively and empathetically with residents, relatives and staff and respond knowledgeably and confidentially to enquiries from visitors, customers, staff and contractors

About you
We are looking for someone with:
•    Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
•    Excellent customer service skills both face to face and on the telephone
•    Excellent telephone manner and switchboard experience 
•    Some experience in reception work(either paid or voluntary) preferably of dealing calmly and pleasantly with a diverse section of customers
•    Excellent organisational skills
•    Strong communication and interpersonal skills
