Job Description:

Think Specialist Recruitment are looking for a Receptionist/ Administrator to join a school based in Bushey.

We are looking for a Receptionist and Administrator to join the team in a full-time position from now until 21st July,

Office hours: Monday - Friday 08:00 - 17:00

Rate: £13.85 - £14.85ph

We are looking for someone who is available immediately.

This would be a great opportunity for someone looking for weekly pay and could work in line with you longer-term job search.


Some of the duties will include:

  • Greeting students, parents & visitors
  • Answering calls and managing the switchboard
  • Signing in all visitors in line with the schools visitor policy
  • Placing orders for stationary and liaising with suppliers
  • Responding to email enquiries or forwarding emails on to the relevant departments
  • Transport arrangements, including issuing coach passes and arranging transport for trips
  • Manage post and staff pigeon holes


The suitable candidate:

  • Previous experience in a similar position
  • Strong administration and organisational skills
  • Strong and professional communication skills
  • Great telephone manner
  • An enhanced DBS check would be preferred
  • Immediately available for work
