Type: Part-Time (Monday to Friday, 5 hours per day) scaling to full-time hours when covering for staff leave

We’re seeking a detail-oriented and enthusiastic Administration and Sales Assistant to support our Sales Manager and Product Manager in delivering exceptional service and experiences to our travel agent partners, direct customers and travel  suppliers.
 Key Responsibilities: 
     
  • Assist in loading and maintaining travel products and packages in our systems
  • Liaise with suppliers and travel agents for rate updates, product changes, and availability
  • Provide support to the reservations team, ensuring smooth booking processes
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date product information across platforms
  • Support the sales team in responding to agent and customer enquiries
  • Assist with reporting, data entry, and general administrative tasks
 What We’re Looking For: 
     
  • Strong attention to detail - accuracy is key in this role
  • Knowledge of the travel industry or previous experience in a tourism-related role
  • Basic destination knowledge of Australia (required), New Zealand and Asia (preferred)
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Tech-savvy with experience in reservation or CRM systems (preferred)
  • Highly organised, with the ability to multitask and prioritise under pressure
  • A collaborative team player with a proactive attitude
