Are you a friendly and professional individual with a passion for delivering excellent customer service? We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Receptionist to join a growing and well-established team based in Peterborough.

As the Receptionist, you'll be the welcoming face and voice of the Depot. You'll be the first point of contact for all incoming calls, greeting customers in a professional and approachable manner. You'll ensure messages are taken accurately and passed to the relevant departments promptly.

Your role will also include occasional outbound calls to update customers on their deliveries and supporting the wider team with administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements

Successful candidates will be able to demonstrate the following:

• While previous experience in a receptionist or front-of-house role is desirable, it's not essential — full training will be provided

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A warm, approachable, and professional telephone manner
• Good IT skills, especially with Microsoft Office
• Great time management and multitasking abilities
• Confidence, resilience, and a team-player attitude
